These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of My Logline (the "Service"), operated by QUICK TAP SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
My Logline is a subscription-based screenwriting application that lets you draft, format, collaborate on, and export screenplays, including features that use AI models to generate or transform script content from your prompts.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Subscription & billing
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) through Razorpay, at the price and interval shown on the Billing page at the time you subscribe.
- An active subscription is required to create or edit projects and scripts.
- You can cancel future billing at any time from the Billing page; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
- We may change plan pricing going forward; changes will not apply to a billing cycle already paid for.
4. Your content
- You retain ownership of the scripts, stories, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content").
- You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service (including sending relevant portions to AI providers to generate the output you request).
- You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload or submit as prompts.
5. AI-generated output
Features that use AI (such as the Screenplay Formatter and Storyboard tools) generate suggestions based on your input. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or resemble existing works; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before relying on or publishing it. We do not guarantee originality, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to bypass access controls, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other users' accounts or projects.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. billing already incurred, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUICK TAP SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Andhra Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
