- Content data: the projects, scripts, comments, and other material you create in the Service.
- Billing data: your subscription status and payment history. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay — we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. login times, IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service — creating your account, saving your work, and running the features you use.
- To process payments and manage your subscription, via Razorpay.
- To send relevant AI features (e.g. the Screenplay Formatter) the text you submit, so the underlying AI model can generate a response.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
3. Who we share it with
- Razorpay — to process subscription payments.
- AI model providers — to generate output for AI-assisted features, limited to the content you submit for that feature.
- Collaborators you invite — project owners and members you explicitly share a project or script with can see the relevant content and your name/email.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies & sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at office@quicktapservices.com and we will process the request within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're required to keep for billing or legal purposes.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below. You can also update your name and password directly from Settings within the app.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including password hashing, HTTPS in production, and signed/verified webhooks for payment events. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
